This RF and Microwave ATE is used to characterize a 5 port transceiver for typical parameters such as gain vs. frequency, power in vs power out, Intermodulation Distortion (IMD), spurious signals, VSWR, AM/AM conversion, AM/PM Conversion, AM/PM Transfer, DC current, detector performance, effeciency, and other common parameters.

Measurements are performed over temperature using the built-in thermal platform.

In-Phase "Measurement Designer" software is easy and intuitive to use and provides test engineers with total flexability when selecting test sequences and other measurement parameters.

The system features an Anritsu VNA and signal generators, a Rhode and Schwartz Spectrum Analyzer, Agilent power supplies and DAQ.
